About the event
Come prepared to relax and pamper yourself! Let the soothing sounds of the bowls pour over your heart, mind and body. If you choose to do the optional add-on massage, that will occur while the sound bowls are being played. Book now before the spots are all taken!
There will be healthy snacks. Please let us know of any food allergies. Lunch will be on your own. They're also be giveaways, education, and lots of fun!
Please wear comfortable clothing. We will have some blankets, but please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Chairs will also be available. Massage tables will be available for those who choose the optional massage add-on.
